摘　　要：肝静脉阻塞病(VOD)是造血干细胞移植常见而严重的并发症之一。病理基础是预处理毒性引起肝脏内肝小叶3区内的血窦内皮细胞以及肝细胞损害所致。在本文中作者对这一并发症的防治及研究进展进行综述。Hepatic veno-occlusive disease（VOD） is one of the common and serious complications of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The basis of pathology of VOD is thought resulting from injury of hepatocytes and endedennis cells surrounding the central veins in zone 3 of the liver acinus by regimen-related toxicity. In this article we review the recent progresses of prevention and treatment of the complication.
