摘　　要：通过实验对照法、数据统计法等,调查了健美操项目在实施终身体育中的作用.结果显示,在提高身体素质,改善身体形态机能,培养学生自我锻炼能力方面均有其终身锻炼价值,并提出了实施终身体育教育的方法.The role of aerobics teaching in implementing lifelong physical education is investigated by using the methods of experimental comparison and data statistics. The results show that it has lifelong training value in improving physical quality and form and cultivating students＇ ability of self-training. The ways of implementing lifelong physical education are put forward.
