无机陶瓷膜超滤技术在冷轧乳化液废水中的应用

摘　　要：应用无机陶瓷膜超滤技术处理冷轧乳化液废水,其中分子量小的水、盐等可以通过陶瓷膜达标排放;分子量较大的油类、胶体和悬浮固体则被截留并浓缩,从而达到分离的效果。超滤装置必须定期进行反冲洗。Water, salt, etc. with small molecular weight can be removed to reach standard through ceramic film, oils, colloids and suspended solids with more one are intercepted to concentrate while using ultrafiltration technology by inorganic ceramic film to treat emulsion waste water during cold rolling. Thus, separation result is achieved. Ultrafiltration installation must be anti-eroded at regular intervals.
