摘  要:以千日红,天人菊两种花卉种子为试材,研究了着毛花卉种子的脱毛技术及PEG对脱毛种子损伤的修复作用,结果表明不同着毛花卉种子取得最佳脱毛效果时所用得H2SO4浓度不同,千日红,天人菊所用H2SO4浓度分别为70%、60%,而20%PEG-6000对脱毛花卉卉种子的修复作用最好,20%PEG-6000处理脱毛花卉种子后其发芽率、发芽势、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性有显著提高,而外渗电导率和MDA含量明显降低。Taking Gomphrena alba and Gaillardia aristata as material, we studied the depilation technique of flower seeds with villus and the repair function of PEG-6000 to injury of depilation flower seeds. The result showed: Every flower variety had an optimum H2SO4 concentration. The best concentration to Gomphrena alba and Gaillardia aristatais 70%, 60% respectively. At the same time, 20% PEG-6000 had a best repairing effect. After soaked in 20% PEG-6000 for 8 hours, the germination percentage, germinating capacity and the activity of SOD and CAT of the depilation flower seeds in creased obviously, while the content of MDA and electric conductivity decreased apparently.
