摘　　要：介绍了杭氧设计制造的、典型的大型化工型内压缩流程空分设备,并从应用场合、设计参数和流程形式等方面进行了论述。最后总结了杭氧对于不同类型的化工型内压缩流程空分设备在流程组织和系统配置等方面的经验。The typical large air separation units with internal compression process specifically designed and manufactured by HangYang （HY） for chemical service are described, focusing on some respects, such as application situation, design parameters and process forms, etc. Finally the experiences in connection with process structure and system deployment, etc. gained by HY corresponding to various types of air separation units with internal compression process specific for chemical service are summarized.
