摘　　要：武钢氧气公司由于氧气放散率大,氧气成本上升,通过一定的数据采集和通讯手段掌握用户的用氧量变化情况,及时调节气、液的运行方式,制定相应的规程和管理办法来降低氧气放散率,提高空分设备效益。The increase of oxygen cost due to great oxygen release ratio in Oxygen Co., Ltd. of Wuhan Steel is described. Timely adjustment of vapor/liquid operating mood is conducted on the basis of oxygen variation consumed by the customers which is obtained by means of certain data collection and communication. Consequently, the corresponing regulations and managing measures are formulated to decrease oxygen release ratio with the result that the effectiveness of an air separation unit is improved.
