摘 要:研制了MD I基双组分聚氨酯塑胶跑道材料,研究了MD I种类、不同扩链剂、不同催化剂对固化过程和固化物性能的影响。结果表明:用MOCA作为固化剂的体系,只有铅才能有效催化体系反应,并且铅浓度必须大于某一临界值;醇固化体系必须用高活性聚醚,但是固化体系受环境水分的影响比较大,产物性能比较差。用三异丙醇胺(TIPA)和丁基锡配合可以得到性能稍好的固化物。采用了一种不溶性无机盐作为助催化剂,以一种轻金属作为主催化剂,配合高活性液化MD I,用MOCA可得到性能较理想的固化物。MD I的类别对产物的固化过程有重要的影响。MDI-based PU material for running track is studied. Various types of MDI, chain extenders, and catalysts are put into use to check their adaptability and influence on curing procedure and physical properties. The results show that only lead is suitable for system cured by MOCA, however the concentration of lead must be higher than a critical value. High activity polyol is required for^system cured by ol-chain-extender, but this system is easily influenced by ambient moisture and its physical properties are poor. The system cured by TIPA and DBTDL is relatively better. One good system is based on MOCA, liquid MDI with high activity and a light metal catalyst with the help of an insoluble inorganic salt. The type of MDI is important to the curing procedure.
