全硫化热塑性弹性体TPV的生产及应用

摘　　要：叙述了全硫化热塑性弹性体TPV的历史及现状,着重对比了目前流行的两类TPV的生产工艺:以Exxon/AES公司的Santoprene产品为主要代表的动态硫化法,和以北京化工研究院所采用的全硫化粉末橡胶与热塑性树脂为原料进行共混为代表的物理共混法。同时,本文还以AES公司的Santoprene产品为例,列出了典型的TPV产品性能及主要生产厂家,并就该产品在各个领域中的应用给出了详细的说明。Fully vulcanizated thermoplastic elastomers were reviewed, and the comparision was made between the two typical TPV production processes： dynamic vulcanization process, represented by Exxon/AES＇s Santoprene, and simple physical blending process, represented by BRICI＇s （Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry） physical blending technology, which typically blends fully vulcanizated powdered rubber with thermoplastic resin. In the meantime, typical TPV product properties, for example, Santoprenes from AES, and production companies were listed below. The application of TPV in various fields was also described in detail.
