摘　　要：结合科学发展观提出了构建区域创新网络以实现高新区全面可持续发展,并设计了高新区区域创新网络的运转模型,并对创新网络的主体、创新动力及互动关系进行了深入研究。In combination with Scientific Development Concept, regional innovative network construction is presented in order to realize the comprehensive and sustainable development of the National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, and the operation model of the regional innovative network of the National Hitech Industrial Development Zone is designed, and the principal part, innovative motive and interactive relationship of the innovative network is deeply studied in this paper.
