摘  要:化学沉淀法合成羟基磷灰石工艺简单,但所合成的羟基磷灰石粉体团聚严重。本文研究了通过在合成过程中加入表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠来减少羟基磷灰石粉体的团聚。结果表明,在合成过程中添加适量的十二烷基硫酸钠能有效减少粉体的团聚程度,所得到的粉体比表面积较高。同时,本文还讨论了合成过程中表面活性剂的作用机理。Chemical precipitation method was a simpler technology for synthesizing hydroxyapatite (HA), but HA powder synthesized via this method was seriously agglomerated. Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was added into the reaction system as a surfactant during the synthesis of HA by chemical precipitation method and the role of SDS in de-agglomeration of HA powder was investigated in this work. The results indicated that the addition of SDS reduced the degree of agglomeration of HA powder with an increase in the specific surface area of the powder. The de-agglomeration mechanism of the surfactant during the synthesis of HA was also discussed.
