参与式方法在退耕还林工程中的应用及相关政策研究——川中丘陵区典型案例分析

摘　　要：本文针对川中盆地丘陵区林业生态建设特点与存在问题,选择盐亭县作为典型,应用参与式理论与调研方法,进行案例分析,表明在退耕还林工程实施过程中,结合科研项目,采用参与式规划设计是一种有效的工作方法;同时,对退耕还林的相关政策问题进行了探讨。According to forestry ecological development characteristics and existent problems in hilly regions of the Sichuan basin and by applying the participatory theory and investigation method, Yanting county is selected as a typical case in this paper. By the analysis of this case, the results have shown that in the course of implementing the defarming-and-reafforestation project, it is a kind of effective working method to adopt participatory program design in combination with research items. Meanwhile, some related policy problems of the defarming-and-reafforestation project are also discussed.
