摘 要:【目的】研究口服高氧液对人体力竭运动后氧自由基代谢的影响。【方法】选择战士80名,随机分为口服高氧液实验组和口服平衡盐液对照组。运动方式为5 000 m连续跑,在运动前30 min、运动2 000 m和4 000 m处,分别口服高氧液或平衡盐液250 ml1、50 ml、150 ml。在运动前和运动结束即刻分别抽取静脉血,检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-ACO)的含量。【结果】高氧液实验组血中MDA含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);SOD、T-ACO与对照组比较均显著增高(P<0.05)。【结论】口服高氧液对力竭运动后自由基损伤有抑制作用,可加速体内代谢产物自由基的清除及加快疲劳的消除。[Objective]To investigate the effects of hyperoxia solution taken orally on human free radical metabolism after exhaustive exercise. [Methods]Eighty soldiers were randomly divided into two groups; hyperoxia solution group and common balance salt solution group. The motor pattern selected was continuously running 5000 meters. The soldiers of each group were respectively given hyperoxia solution or common balance salt solution 250 ml thirty minutes before running; and then each group took orally 150 ml hyperoxia solution or common balance salt solution at 2000 meters and 4000 meters points respectively. The blood samples were drawn before running and after running immediately, the contents of MDA, SOD and T-ACO were determined instantly. [Results]The contents of MDA of hyperoxia solution group were lower significantly than those of control group ( P〈0.05) ; the contents of SOD,T-ACO of hyperoxia solution group increased markedly ( P〈0.05). [Conclusion]Hyperoxia solution can prevent persons from fatigue by antagonizing free radicals damage and hastening removal of free radicals, therefor it facilitates the recovery from fatigue after exercises.
