摘　　要：税控电脑控制器是一个装有加油机应用程序软件的小型微机系统,具有计数、运算、检测控制、通讯功能,是税控加油机电气部分的指挥中心。针对国内现有的税控加油机在计量方面普遍存在计量稳定性和准确性较差的问题,提出一种新的脉冲计数方法,使加油机的计量准确性、重复性远远超过国标。The computer set controlled by the revenue is a small system with the application of the greaser, It has the function of taking count of the pulses,operation,inspect,control,communication and so on.And it is the command center of the electric part of the greaser.The paper advances an arithmetic counting pulse,it makes veracity more better in measure.
