摘　　要：详细介绍了ADμC812的内部结构和功能,叙述了旋转和往复式机器监测的重要性,并对基于ADμC812的在线振动监测系统进行开发和设计,给出了硬、软件的设计方案。The internal structure and functions of ADμC812 are introduced in detail. The significance of monitoring rotating and reciprocating machines is described. The on-line vibration monitoring system based on ADμC812 is developed and designed. The design strategy of hardware and software is given.
