摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜,透射电子显微镜、X-射线衍射仪,能谱仪等手段比较研究了1235国产热轧铝箔毛料和巴林热轧铝箔毛料的显微组织。研究表明:两种热轧铝箔毛料中化合物相的类型不同,两种热轧铝箔毛料都含有FeAl3相和α(FeSiAl)相,而国产热轧铝箔毛料中还含有β(FeSiAl)相;巴林热轧铝箔毛料的化合物相分布比国产热轧铝箔毛料更均匀;国产热轧铝箔毛料的晶粒尺寸相对较大,巴林热轧铝箔毛料的晶粒尺寸相对较小。Investigation on the Microstructure of different Sheets of 1235 Alloy for hot roll aluminium foils,part of which were produced in Bahrain and others in China , by means of optical microscope, scanning electronic microscope , transmission electron microscope, x-ray diffraction instrument, energy spectrometer analysis,etc. It is shown that type of phase of chemical compound from different Sheets of 1235 Alloy for hot roll aluminium foils is different, They have both FeAl3 phase and a(FeSiAl) phase, whereas have β(FeSiA1) phase in Sheets of 1235 Alloy for hot roll aluminium foils in China. Distribution of phase of chemical compound from Bahrain more homogeneous than distribution of phase of chemical compound from China, dimension of crystalline grain from Bahrain more thin than dimension of crystalline grain from China relatively.
