摘 要:微等离子体增强电化学过程可以产生多种物理化学效应,利用其效应发展了各种新兴的现代表面技术。论述了微等离子体增强电化学的产生途径及其过程的物理化学效应、以及在表面技术方面的应用和研究现状;并展望了它在表面技术方面的应用前景。In micro-plasma-enhanced electrochemical process, there are various physical and chemical effects which were used to develop new modern surface engineering. In this paper, much attention has been focused on the micro-plasma-enhanced electrochemistry. The mechanism, the physical and chemical effects, the applications in surface engineering and the present status were also reviewed. Meanwhile, the development of micro-plasma-enhanced electrochemistry in surface engineering was prospected.
