摘  要:目的探讨内皮损伤的分子标志物与原发性高血压发生血栓性疾病的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别测定98例原发性高血压患者和36例健康对照者血浆TM、VWF、PAI-1的水平变化。结果与正常对照组比较,1、2、3级高血压组VWF、PAI-1水平显著增高(P<0.05),2、3级高血压组TM水平显著增高(P<0.05),与1级高血压组比较,2、3级高血压组TM、VWF、PAI-1水平显著增高,(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压病患者存在的血管内皮损伤、抗凝作用减弱、血小板粘附与聚集、纤溶活性的下降,可能是其并发心、脑血管血栓性并发症的原因之一。Objective To investigate the relationship between the molecular markers of endothelial dysfunction and the complications of thromboembolism in essential hypertension (EH). Methods The plasma concentration of TM,VWF,PAI - 1 were measured by ELISA method in 98 patients with essential hypertension and 36 healthy controls. Results To be compared with healthy controls, the levels of plasma VWF,PAI- 1 were significantly higher in EH patients with grade 1,2,3 groups( P 〈0.05) ,the levels of plasma TM were significantly higher in EH patients with grade 2,3 groups ( P 〈0. 05 ). To be compared with grade 1 group,the levels of plasma TM,VWF,PAI - 1 were significantly higher in EH patients with grade 2,3 groups( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Essential hypertensive patients had endothelium dysfunction, anticoagulant reduction, platelet activation and impaired fibrinolysis,w.hich may be the pathogenesis of complications such as ischemic stroke,heart attacks.
