中西医结合治疗肺心病并发胃出血63例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗肺心病并发胃出血的临床疗效。方法:选符合纳入标准的肺心病并发胃出血患者63例,在西医一般治疗的基础上,施以中药辨证论治及西药止血剂。观察72h。结果:显效19例,有效39例,无效5例,总有效率为92.1%(95%CI=85.4%～98.8%)。结论:中西医结合治疗肺心病并发胃出血效果满意。Objective：To observe the effect of integrated TCM and WM in treating pulmonary heart disease complicated by gastric hemorrhage. Method：63 patients were selected according to the diagnostic criteria and treated with Chinese medicine and hemostatic drugs. The therapeutic effect was observed after 72 hours. Resuh： 19 cases significantly effective, 39 cases effective, 5 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 92. 1 % （95 %CI = 85.4 %～ 98.8% ）. Conclusion ： Integrated TCM and WM has satisfactory effect in treating pulmonary heart disease complicated by gastric hemorrhage.
