摘　　要：通过对一简单的二层刚架的振型求解和对相关震害资料的分析,说明了在地震中所产生的鞭稍效应,并为设计提供了理论依据,指出设计人员应重视鞭稍效应的影响。By deducing mode-shape of a simple two stories rigid frame and analyzing related information on earthquake disaster, whisper effect is explained in this paper, which offers theoretical basis for design. It points out that the designer stould pay attention to the effect of whiplash effect.
