摘　　要：根据Web服务环境下多安全策略管理的特点,提出了一个利用消息总线来建立一个可信任第三方,从而实现对多自治域下各个成员所支持的多种安全策略进行管理的框架。According to the charateristics of Multi - security policies management under WebServices environment, it puts forward one program that makes use of message bus to set up one believable thirdly party, thus realizing the management of many kinds of security policies supported by each member under every autonomy land.
