摘  要:介绍采用TI的MSP430F133为主控芯片的温控仪的软、硬件设计.该温控仪同时兼容Pt100热电阻和K、E型热电偶,软件采用改进的增量型PID控制方式,并带有参数自整定功能和简单的模糊PID参数校正功能.硬软件设计上充分考虑了抗干扰的措施,可以在恶劣环境中使用.测量温度范围为0~600 ℃,控制精度为±1 ℃.The software and hardware design of a temperature controller based on the MSPF133 is introduced ,which is a new kind of MCU produced by TI. The controller can be applied to both thermal resistance Pt100 and K or E thermocouple. The improved PID arithmetic, auto-tuning and Fuzzy PID is introduced in software design, the anti-interference is also considered in hardware and software design, which makes the controller can adapt to severe circumstances. The range of temperature testing is 0~600℃, and the control precision is ± 1℃.
