摘　　要：“危机管理”这一话题近两年来在图书馆界已经引起了高度重视。本文就目前图书馆行业在应对危机时存在的缺陷进行分析,并提出构建科学有效的管理机制,力求以高效低成本的方式解决这一挑战。The topic of ＂the crisis management＂ has aroused public attention in library sector in the last two years. The paper has analyzed the defects existed in the library sector, and put forward suggestions to construct scientific and effective management mechanism with the objective to face the challenge in a high-efficient manner.
