摘　　要：介绍了在大生产情况下DB590R钢的最佳成分范围和工艺制度,从机理上摸清了低碳贝氏体钢的组织与成分、工艺和性能之间的关系。The optimum composition limit and the technology system of the high strength low-carbon bainite steel （DB590R） were introduced in commercial manufacture situation. The relationships between the organization and the composition together with the technology and the performance of the low-carbon bainite steel were ascertained from the mechanism.
