摘　　要：USB是PC机的标准外设接口,拥有数以十亿计的安装量。自1998年出现USB数据采集仪器以来,数字示波器等多种多样微型USB仪器推出市场,形成具有自身特色的仪器族,开始进入测量仪器主流。USBis a standard PC interface. More than 10 billion USB ports have installed in electronic equipment. Since 1998 the USBbased Data Acquisition took off, more and more tiny DSO and other USBbased instruments introduced to market. At the present day USBbased instruments have become a new family and have reached the test and measurement mainstream status.
