摘　　要：就采用“消化温差法”实现白液苛化度自动控制过程的可行性从理论上加以论证，同时对实现这一自动控制过程的实施工作、使用效果及使用中出现的一些新问题进行了叙述和分析。Causticity of white liquor indicates directly the lime proportion of the causticization system which affects the system operation significantly.White liquor causticity is a complex parameter which can't be measured directly by instrument.However,through a further analyzing of the heat effect of slaking and causticizing reaction,a method of indirect measurement of the change of chemical reaction in the slacker by conventional instrument has been realized. This kind of automatic control menthod improves the operation of causticization system and reduces the labor intensity.
