摘　　要：神州天鸿移动监控管理系统是基于我国自主研制的北斗卫星导航系统开发的民用定位导航系统,对于我国发展自己的卫星导航定位系统具有重要意义。讨论了神州天鸿移动监控管理系统的原理和组成,重点对其设计与实现进行了分析,并将其与目前广泛应用的GPS+GSM系统进行比较,阐述了该系统的特点。The China Top Communication Mobile Monitor and Dispatching System , based on The Beidou Satellite Navigational System, is a Satellite Positioning System that China researched independently . The system is very important to develop Chinese independent Satellite Positioning System. The principle and composition of the Mobile Monitor and Dispatching System are described. The design and realization are analyzed. The system＇s advantages compared with GPS ＋ GSM System applied widely are discussed.
