摘　　要：将IC卡技术应用到管理信息系统中,可以在原有的基础上增加对流动性强的部门的统一管理。提出了利用非接触式IC实现客户资料的存储、终端通信、网络通信以及分布式数据库的实现方式,并系统地提出了利用DELPH I7.0实现驾驶学员管理信息系统的整体方案。Management Information System （MIS） can improve work efficiency greatly and standardizes management. By using IC card technique in the Management Information System, the management of the ambulatory department can be further enhanced. Methods of how to deal with client＇s data with Contactless IC Card, exchange data in Network and realize the Distributed Database are presented. A design scheme of the management information system to drive students by using Delphi 7.0 is described.
