摘　　要：TCP/IP以太网在工业中有广泛的应用。本文提出一种将具有串行通信接口的工控设备与TCP/IP网络连接的技术方案。利用该技术方案实现对多台具有串行接口的变频器的网络监控。该方案避免了普通方案中复杂的软硬件设计,利用专用模块和简单程序设计完成串口和网络之间的数据交换。运行结果表明该方案完全可行,它对于工控设备的网络连接和远程控制等都具有实际意义。TCP/IP Ethernet is widely used in industry.A new method of series devices access to network is presented.Several converters with series ports are controlled via network by this means.The exchange of data between series port and network is realized by special module and simple program design instead of complicated software and hardware design in other methods.The result of a trial run shows that this method is reliable.The method is valuable for network communication and remote control of industrial equipment.
