摘 要:本文分析了煤矿下运带式输送机制动技术的现状及存在问题,应用动态设计的方法得出了优化制动曲线.用电液比例控制实现基于制动减速度曲线的闭环控制,从而提高了控制的准确性,有效地降低了制动张力.试验表明制动系统在不同的负载力矩工况下,均能将减速度有效地控制在0.1~0.3m/s2的范围内,且制动曲线平滑,为下运带式输送机在煤矿井下的成功应用打下了基础.The state of braking technique for downward belt conveyor is analyzed. With the dynamic design method, the optimized braking curve was obtained. The PID regulator is used in the electro-hydraulic controlling system to realize the close-loop control on braking decelerate curve so then the control accuracy has been raised and the braking stress reduced. The test shows that the decelerate can be controlled among 0. 1~0.3m/s^2 on the different load moment. The braking cure is smooth. This research is the basement of application of downward belt conveyor in coal mines.
