摘　　要：简要回顾了我国与葡萄牙国际科技合作的历史,结合浙江大学与葡萄牙开展合作并取得一系列成果的成功案例,提出了开展国际科技合作必备的一些基本条件、合作伙伴的选择原则以及合作出效益的关键因素等。得出了与非科技强国合作同样能取得较好成效的结论。A history of international cooperation of .science and technology between Zhejiang University and Portugal was reviewed and resultant achievements were presented. Some important factors making international cooperation successful, such as basic conditions for cooperation, selection of cooperation partners and cooperation efficiency were analyzed. Successful resultant experiences indicate that it is possible to achieve fruitful achievements through cooperation between China and a country which is not strongest in science and technology.
