摘　　要：在我国加入WTO后,伴随着向外资银行全面开放日期的日益临近,我国银行业将面临严峻的考验。如何在激烈的竞争中求得生存,是我国各商业银行必须正视的问题。我国商业银行要想在竞争中取胜,首先必须提高自身的核心竞争力。本文对我国商业银行的核心竞争力从理论和实证上进行了分析,并对如何提高我国商业银行核心竞争力提出了建议。After our country＇s entry into the WTO, accompanied by the approach of over all open date towards foreign banks＇, the eommereial banks in our country will encounter a severe test. How to struggle for exietenee in keen competition is a problem that the commercial banks in our country have to face up to. If they want to win victory in the competition, first of all, they must improve the core competenee, This article puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the core competence of eorranereial banks in our country.
