摘　　要：通过对诸多国有苗圃的调查,指出了国有苗圃中现存的问题,并对问题进行了理论上的分析和论证。对国有苗圃中的缺乏市场竞争意识、管理和运作体制改革和如何提高生产力加快发展等问题做了深入探讨,形成理论上的框架,并提出了一些解决的方法。Based on the large of surveys of our state- owned nurseries, the paper points out the existing problems in the nurseries, and so naturally with the theoretic analysis. Lacking the idea of market competition, the reforws of the system of management and operation, how to boost the productivity and so on, which are discussed in this paper, moreover, some solution to these problems are put forward.
