摘 要:对二辊式、多辊式冷轧管机发展中的几个关键技术问题进行了理论探讨和比较;对冷轧管机主参数系列、机架行程长度、曲柄转向、同步齿轮分度圆直径、同步齿轮模数、单双回转送进及多辊式冷轧管机轧辊数目的选取等进行了分析和比较;提出了设计建议。还推荐了一种新型的轧管机平衡系统即双偏心块齿轮平衡系统及多辊式冷轧管机机头圆定心结构。The discussion addresses several key issues respective to development of two-high and multi-high cold-rolling pipe mills, focusing on relevant theoretic analysis and comparisons concerning selections of such data as the main parameter series, mill block stroke, the crank turning, synchronous gear indexing wheel diameter and modulus, single or dual rotary feeding as well as roll number of the multi-high mill. Based on the result, counter- measures are proposed. Moreover, the author recommends a newly-developed rolling mill balancing system, i.e., the dual eccentric gear balancing system and a new structure of the centering system for the multi-high mill head.
