摘　　要：本文报道110例胆囊切除术后放置引流与不放引流对比,不放引流不增加并发症的发生,并可减少伤口感染的机会,减轻病人的痛苦与经济负担,缩短住院日,如掌握得当。110 cases of cholecystectomy were studied, 54 randomized cases with intraperitoneal drainage and 56 cases without drainage after cholecystertomy were ccmparied The postoperative complications were not increased in non-drainagcd cases, wound infections were less and the admission date were shorter so it will be cheaper for the patient ecnomically. Non-drainage after cholecystectomy was recommended if the indication is well handled
