健骨灵对骨质疏松症相关基因表达的影响

摘　　要：为探讨健骨灵对雌激素受体mRNA及Ⅰ型胶原mRNA表达的影响。以成年雌性卵巢切除大鼠作为骨质疏松症模型,通过原位杂交技术观察雌激素受体mRNA及Ⅰ型胶原mRNA表达。结果原位杂交显示运用中药健骨灵治疗后雌激素受体mRNA及Ⅰ型胶原mRNA表达水平提高(P<0.01)。表明健骨灵对雌激素受体mRNA及Ⅰ型胶原mRNA的表达水平具有增强作用。he objective of the paper is to study the influence of 'JIANGU LING'(JGL,a TCD preparation for strengthening the bone) on the expression of estrogen receptor mRNA and collagen I mRNA.Taking female ovariectomized rats as the experimental models of osteoporosis,the influence of JGL on the mRNA expression of estrogen receptor and collagen I was observed with the in-situ hybridization technique.The in-situ hybridization showed that after the treatment by JGL,the mRNA expression levels of estrogen receptor and collagen I were improved(P<0.01),suggesting that JGL functions to enhance the mRNA expression levels of estrogen receptor and collagen I.
