体外张力带治疗胫骨髁间前棘撕脱骨折的研究

摘　　要：为了总结与分析体外张力带经皮内固定治疗胫骨髁间前棘撕脱性骨折的临床疗效,将48例病人随机分为两组,分别采用体外张力带及切开复位钢丝内固定两种方法治疗,平均随访13.5个月(11～25个月),按Lysholm的方法进行膝关节功能评价,结果体外张力带组优17例,占81.0%,良14.3%,切开复位钢丝内固定组优7例,占26.0%,良4例,占14.8%,两种治疗方法有显著的统计意义(P＜0.01),表明体外张力带经皮内固定是治疗胫骨髁间前棘撕脱骨折的理想方法.In order to sum-up and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of percutaneous internal fixation with external tension band(PIFETB) on avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence(AFTIE),48 cases of AFTIE were randomly divided into the treated and control groups,which were treated by PIFETB and by open reduction and internal wire fixation,respectively;the knee functions of the two groups were evaluated with Lysholm's method through the follow-up(Range: 11 to 25 months;Mean: 13.5 months).The results were excellent in 17 cases(81.0 %) and good in 3(14.3 %) in the treated group versus excellent in 7(26.0 %) and good in 4(14.8 %) in the control;the results of the two therapeutic methods had a significant statistical difference (P < 0.01), suggesting that PIFETB is a rational therapy for AFTIE.
