承德县城大气污染的原因及对策研究

摘　　要：根据承德县城自然和社会环境状况及污染源调查结果,对其大气环境质量进行了现状评价,分析了承德县城大气污染的原因,并从调整能源结构、发展集中供热、防治工业污染、加强建筑施工和道路扬尘治理,以及控制机动车尾气排放量和建立绿色屏障等方面提出了大气污染综合防治方案及保护措施。On the basis of the natural and social environment conditions and the pollution sources of Chengde town , according to the appraisal of the air quality, we found out the main environment problems. Then we put forward the preventive plans and protective measures from such aspects as： adjusting energy structure, developing central heating, controlling industrial pollution, strengthening the management of construction and road dust, reducing motor vehicle gas emission and building green barriers.
