清热抗感冲剂治疗上呼吸道感染(风热证)的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨清热抗感冲剂对上呼吸道感染(风热证)的治疗作用。方法:共观察上呼吸道感染(风热证)患者294例。治疗组154例,服用清热抗感冲剂;对照组140例,服用银翘解毒片。两组进行对照观察,并做统计学分析。结果:治疗组痊愈133例,显效10例,有效2例,无效9例,痊愈率为86.36%,总有效率94.16%;对照组痊愈93例,显效15例,有效1例,无效31例,痊愈率为66.43%,总有效率为77.86%。经统计学分析,两组疗效具有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:清热抗感冲剂治疗上呼吸道感染(风热证)具有显著疗效。Objective ： To explore Qingre Kanggan Mixture＇ s effect on upper respiratory tract infection. Methods ： 294 cases who infected in upper respiratory tract were divided into two groups： control group（ n = 140）took Yinqiao Jiedu tablet and treatment group（ n = 154 ）took Qingre Kanggan Mixture. The results were analysed with statistics. Results：In treatment group, 133 cases have cured, 10 have obvious effect, 2 have action and 9 have no action. The cure rate and the total effective rate is 86.36% and 94.16%. In control group, 93 cases have cured, 15 have obvious effect, 1 has action and 31 have no ac- tion. The cure rate and the total effective rate is 66.43 % and 77.86 %. The curative effect in the two groups has marked dif- ferences. Conclusion ：Qingre Kanggan Mixture has significant curative effect on the infection in upper respiratory tract.
