针刺大鼠胃经沿线脂肪条带结构的特异性镇痛效应

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺大鼠胃经沿线脂肪条带结构后的痛阈变化有无特异性。方法:在大鼠胃经沿线脂肪条带结构上选择包括“后三里”在内的三个位点,分别进行针刺前后的痛阈测定,并与脂肪条带结构旁两个对照位点针刺前后痛阈进行比较。结果:在胃经沿线脂肪条带结构上三个位点针刺前后痛阈变化明显,在脂肪条带结构旁两个对照位点上针刺前后痛阈未见有意义改变。结论:正常大鼠胃经沿线脂肪条带结构上具有针刺镇痛效应的特异性。Objective ：To observe if any specificity on analgesia effect of acupuncture on fat strip structure along the stomach meridian. Methods ： Three different points of fat strip structure along the stomach meridian were chosen, including “ST36” and two points aside the fat strip structure for comparing also. The pain threshold before and after acupuncture the points separately was measured. Results ：The pain threshold before and after acupuncture on points of fat strip structure along the stomach meridian varies obviously, and not the result of the points aside the fat strip structure. Conclusion ：There present specificity of acupuncture analgesia effect on the fat strip structure along the stomach meridian of healthy SD rat.
