补肺口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究补肺口服液(BufeiOralLiquor,BFOL)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:用氢化可的松造成免疫低下小鼠模型,观察BFOL对其胸腺指数和脾脏指数的影响;用碳粒廓清法观察BFOL对网状内皮系统的影响;用简单形态学方法测定C3b受体花环率(RCR)和免疫复合物花环率(RICR),观察BFOL对红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果:BFOL能明显增加小鼠胸腺、脾脏重量,改善氢化可的松所致小鼠胸腺、脾脏萎缩;能明显增强网状内皮系统的吞噬功能及红细胞免疫功能。结论:BFOL能增强小鼠免疫功能。Objective ： To study the effect of Bufei Oral Liquor on immune function in mice. Methods ： The immunodepression mice models were induced by injection of cortisol. And the weight of spleen and thymus was weighed. The reticuloendothelial system function in normal mice was studied by carbon clearance test. The erythrocyte immunity function was studied by detecting the rate of red blood cell C4b receptor rosette（RCR） and the rate of red blood cell immune complex （RICR）. Results ： Bufei Oral Liquor can increase weights of spleen and thymus, enhance the clearance rate of charcoal particles and the erythrocyte immunity function. Conclusion ： Bufei Oral Liquor can enhance the immune function in mice.
