摘 要:在围产期对胎儿心率进行监护是非常重要的,超声D opp ler测量胎儿心率是最常见的无创方法。但是,由于D opp ler回波信号成分复杂、干扰严重、数据量大,从而使实时获取胎儿心率比较困难。本文阐述了超声多普勒胎儿心率监护仪的设计,重点分析了基于TM S320VC 5402数字信号处理器的超声多普勒胎儿心率监护仪的实现。最后通过实际验证,该监护仪能稳定、实时地获取胎儿心率。It is very important to monitor the fetal heart rate in the clinical management of pregnancies antenatally. Doppler ultrasound measure is the main non -invaslve technique which is commonly employed. Because the components of the original Doppler backscatter signal of the fatal heart are complex,it is seriously interfered by many factors and the data is extremely great,so it is very difficult to acquire the fetal heart rate immediately. The paper presents the design of the ultrasonic Doppler fetal heart rate monitoring system,and it is emphatically analyzed the application of the digital signal processor -TMS320VC5402 in the ultrasonic Doppler fetal heart rate monitoring system. Finally, this monitoring system has been proved to be able to pick up the fetal heart rate stably and rapidly in the experiment.
