摘　　要：分析网络拥塞的原因,指出主动网络和移动代理的特点,比较和分析传统网络和主动网络进行拥塞控制的机制,结论是主动网络拥塞控制比传统网络拥塞控制有更高的效率。This paper analyzes the reason of network congestion, characteristic of active networking and detection agent. After comparing and analyzing active congestion control and traditional congestion control,we point out that active congestion control acts more effectively than traditional congestion control.
