摘　　要：图书馆面对信息服务市场的竞争,必须打造新时期的核心竞争力。而图书馆核心竞争力的创建应该是利用自身优势的独特性,通过管理创新、服务创新,实现比较优势的有机结合,从而获取持久的竞争和成长优势。Facing the competition in information service market, the library must set up its own core competitive power. And library＇s core competitive power must be created through utilizing the specialities of its own, realizing the organic combination of the comparative advantages through the management innovation and the service innovation, obtaining the superiorities for the permanent competition and growth.
