摘　　要：阐述了网络环境下高校图书馆文献信息资源建设的思路与策略,探讨了高校图书馆开展信息服务,提高服务质量应采取的措施。This paper discusses on the ideas and strategies of the information resource construction and service of university library under the network environment, and probes into the measures that should be taken by university library in providing the information service and improving the quality of service.
