摘　　要：重点介绍了改革施肥制度,以肥调水的主要模式及其相关技术,包括建设专业配肥站,使旱地施肥技术产业化,秸秆粉碎直接还田或快速腐熟技术产业化,畜禽粪便有机肥专业化处理及技术产业化。This paper mainly introduces the reform of the fertilizing system and the main modes and the relative techniques of the water-allocating with fertilizing, which include building the special fertilizer mixing station for the industrialization of the dry-land fertilizing techniques, the stalks directly retuning to field or rapidly well-rotting techniques, and the fowl and livestock feces specialized processing techniques.
