摘　　要：数字图书馆(DigitalLibrary)的建设、发展和完善是目前普遍关注的问题,随之而来的版权保护问题显得尤为重要和突出。概述了数字图书馆版权保护的现状以及存在的问题,从技术及法律等相关方面提出了解决的方法。The construction, development and perfection of the digital library are the problems that have aroused general concern at present, and the problem of the copyright protection is therefore very important and emergent. This paper expounds the present situation of and problems existing in the copyright protection in the digital library, and puts forward some solving methods from techniques, laws and other relevant aspects.
