摘　　要：从高校图书馆讲座工作的可持续性发展需要出发,阐述了讲座专业队伍建设的重要意义,提出了培养一支合格的图书馆讲座专业队伍的具体要求与有效途径。Starting from the requirements for the sustainable development of the lecture work of university library, this paper expounds the importance of building up a professional lecture workteam, and puts forward some concrete requirements and effective paths for cultivating a qualified professional lecture workteam of the library.
