摘　　要：结合南京邮政物流的历史和现状,就发展南京邮政物流的若干路径选择提出以下想法和观点:南京邮政物流应发展精益物流、走一体化物流之路;以自建网络为主,整合社会资源和邮政大网为辅;由规模而效益;借力社会资源和自建子品牌。Combining Nanjing postal history and current situation of logistics. The paper considers that the postal logistics of Nanjing should develop lean logistics , take the road .of integrated logistics ; Take self-built network as the core, combine social resources and postal networks, and build up its own brand.
