摘　　要：首先分析了目前我国物流企业的质押监管业务的现状。其次,将质押监管的模式分为质押模式、监管方式和质押赢利模式三种类型。第三,从五方面因素展望该项业务的发展前景,得出质押监管大有可为。最后,就物流企业具体开展质押监管业务时应注意的问题提出了建议。First, the paper analyzes present status of irapawning supervision business for domestic enterprises . Second, the mode is divided into three kinds of types which inelude impawning type. supervision fashion and the benefit mode of impawning. Third, expects the prospects of the business from five aspect actors,and draws a conclusion that irapawning supervision has the brilliant prospect .Last, Put forward the suggestion for the problem should notice that carry through impawning supervision business concretely .
