摘　　要：从商业银行业务模式的角度,首先介绍供应链金融服务内容,然后分别讨论供应链融资服务与企业现金流管理的财务关系、应收帐款融资服务和存货融资服务的业务操作模式和产品设计等,并对供应链融资服务的意义和发展进行了简单的讨论。The paper makes a discussion on supply chain financing from the angle of commercial banking business service. First of all. financial service of supply chain is briefly introduced. Then, the relationship between supply chain financial service and enterprise＇s cash flow management is discussed based on the theories of financial management and valuable practice of leading commercial banks. Coming up is the research on design of business service products and processes both for financing of account receivable and financing of inventory.
